Travel to customer facility to discuss project and needs. Discuss tooling in house and needed tools, Set up plans and fixturing available, customer requested/needed Programming requests and capabilities. Program customers CNC machine tools to fabricate parts to correct GD&T tolerancing while I am in your facility assisting with setup and trouble shooting. We can walk through setups, training, and additional services. Add Special features and Custom Macros to Reduce errors or enjoy fully measured parts in your machine. (Potentially Requires Additional Equipment and additional services).
Off Site CNC Programming & Applications (Remote)
Falling behind or needing some quick help? Ask us about off site programming support and assistance for your CNC Machines? After an in person Consult I will send Program and setup documentation showing tooling, fixturing, custom codes and anything discussed. We will be available for trouble shooting and changes throughout a completed first articled part.
Custom macro programming (Troubleshooting and advanced Features require being in the Customer Facility)

We can put you on the path of automation without the large purchase of additional equipment. In Process Measurements or using your CNC Machines as a CMM
Do you have expensive parts that are costly to scrap out? How about scrapping out parts due to broken tooling or operator mistakes?
