J&D Engineering is a contract manufacturing engineering company that specializes in advanced CNC programming methods for automating machines with what companies already have. We can reduce errors and skill gap issues by adding in process measurement cycles, Renishaw Machine probes, and macro statements that auto adjust the machines offsets to reduce scrap and errors.

If a company is having issues with finding help or just needs additional support we can assist with turn key projects or one off application support projects with CNC programs, fixture selection or cutting tool assistance. We also Sell and support Veriserf CMM software. Hiring a contractor is cheaper than a full time employee and is quicker than finding long term help.
